This section is for those of you who hold leadership positions—as parents, leaders/managers, teachers and health care providers. In these roles, you play an important role in cultivating the potential of many other people, including the children who are the next generation of leaders.
In this section, I will share with you tips and strategies for using the potential paradigm to bring out the best in others. Sometimes my post will be aimed at a specific audience (for example, teachers or managers) but I think you will find helpful nuggets in all of them.
I am writing content for this section so come back frequently to see updates or subscribe for my e-newsletter. In the meantime, you can get a sneak peek of my message by watching my recent TEDx talk How Your Past Hijacks Your Future or my six courses on leadership and management on lynda.com.
All of my work is grounded in science and I will only share evidence-based strategies and practices. In this section, I will list articles and studies I have used as source material, in case you want to learn more.
